Our Story
The store started in 2017 as a physical shop in Sydney, Australia. For three years, we built something we were proud of: a space where fans could walk in, talk about their favourite series, and find merchandise that was actually worth buying. The COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close those doors in 2020, like it did for so many independent retailers.
Rather than walk away, we moved entirely online and rebuilt from scratch. The same knowledge, the same standards, and the same passion, now accessible worldwide. We have been at conventions, followed serializations week by week, argued about arc rankings, and waited with everyone else for the next chapter of series we love. That background is not a marketing angle. It is the reason this store exists.
How We Choose and Test Our Products
Every product in our catalog is selected based on the genuine tastes of our team. We do not add items because an algorithm suggests they might sell. We add them because someone on the team follows the series, knows the characters, and believes the product is something a real fan would want to own.
Beyond selection, every product goes through a quality control process before it reaches you. Our team physically inspects items before each dispatch: checking print fidelity on apparel, verifying figure detail and packaging integrity, and making sure that what leaves our hands matches what was advertised. If it does not meet our standard, it does not ship. That process is not automated and it is not outsourced.

Where do you ship?
We ship to every country in the world. Shipping fees and available carriers are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes between 7 and 10 business days from dispatch. International orders may occasionally be subject to customs delays outside of our control. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement at our cost, no return required. We handle every case individually and make sure you are not left out of pocket for something that was our responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
What sizes do your apparel products come in?
Most of our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are available from S to 5XL in a unisex cut. Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do restock popular items when possible. Follow us on social media where we announce restocks and new arrivals regularly.
