What Happens Next
Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, Otaku Japan Store may:

Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content;

Notify the user responsible for the content.
How to File a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Your physical or electronic signature;

Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and its previous location;

A statement made in good faith that the content was removed or restricted as a result of a mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and, unless legal action is initiated, restore the removed content within 10–14 business days at our discretion.
